Transaction costs

For every donations transaction costs of Kentaa and payment provider Buckaroo (www.buckaroo.nl) are applicable. To minimalize these cost all the donors are asked for a contribution to these transaction costs. The transaction costs depend on the amount of the donation and the used payment method.

All traceable to individuals data in the electronic correspondence with this website will be treated with the utmost care by Kentaa in accordance with the privacy statement. VluchtelingenWerk Nederland gets a full insight of your data. VluchtelingenWerk Nederland will not divulge your personal details to any third parties other than those involved directly in the campaigns for this website. Employees of Kentaa, VluchtelingenWerk Nederland and solicited third parties are obligated to respect the confidentiality of your personal information. Your information will be protected and treated confidentially at all times. When you visit the website, launch a fundraising page, log on to a social media profile or email, or make a donation, data is recorded. VluchtelingenWerk Nederland and Kentaa may use this information to inform you about projects and products, e.g. newsletters or activities around the campaign and fundraising pages. When messages are not appreciated, you may cancel the registration.

Visitor responses and content

Content and responses are welcomed, provided they are fair and relevant. Responses of a racist, discriminating, offensive or pornographic nature will be removed without further notice. This includes repeated inappropriate reactions. Once you have made your point, you stop. Criticism is allowed, provided it is founded and not purposely hurtful.
